§1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules of use of the website available at thearchstudio.pl (the „Site").
- The Site is operated by The Arch Studio Sp. z o.o., with its registered seat at ul. Kazachska 3/154, 02-972 Warszawa, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 9512646477 (the „Provider").

§2. Scope of electronically provided services
- Through the Site the Provider offers free-of-charge informational services concerning the salon The Arch Studio, including descriptions of services, team members, gallery and contact information.
- The Site also allows users to be redirected to the external booking platform Booksy (booksy.com), where the User may book an appointment. Booking services are provided by Booksy International Sp. z o.o. under that platform's own terms and privacy policy.
- Salon services (hair, cosmetology, aesthetic medicine etc.) are provided in person at the Provider's premises and do not constitute electronically provided services within the meaning of these Terms.
§3. Technical requirements
To use the Site properly, the User needs:
- a device with internet access;
- an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled;
- an active email address — for correspondence with the Provider.
§4. Rules of use
- The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, these Terms and accepted standards of conduct.
- The User must not provide content of an unlawful nature, in particular content infringing the rights of third parties, personal rights or applicable law.
§5. Intellectual property
All content available on the Site — in particular texts, photographs, graphics, layout, logos and trademarks — is the property of the Provider or third parties and is protected by law. Any use beyond permitted personal use requires the prior written consent of the Provider.
§6. Complaints regarding the Site
- Complaints concerning the operation of the Site should be submitted to biuro@thearchstudio.pl.
- The submission should include a description of the issue and contact details. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
§7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
§8. Final provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Providing Electronic Services.
- Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, including the European Commission's ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available on the Site, indicating the effective date.
